JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION I. {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Hannah Herbold Kinkel appeals the divorce decree entered by the lower court. Hannah argues that the decree materially differed from the settlement agreement to which she and her then-husband Philip Kinkel had agreed. She asks this court to remand so that a journal entry consistent with that settlement can be entered.
