{¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court, the parties’ briefs, and the oral arguments before this court. . Defendant-appellant, John Perdue, appeals from the judgment of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of voluntary manslaughter in violation of R.C. 2903.03(A).
