In this DTPA action appellants, Juan Hsien Yang Sher (“Juan”) and Sherry Sher (“Sherry” and, collectively, “The Shers”), appeal the summary judgment rendered against them in favor of appel-lees, Fun Travel World, Inc. (“Fun Travel”). The Shers bring five issues.
