11 Disciplinary proceedings were initiated against respondent, Jack R. Durland, Jr., by Complainant, the Oklahoma Bar Association, which in substance charged respondent with converting funds for his own use from a trust *430under which he served as co-trustee, thus violating his fiduciary duty.
