Appellant Wayne Brown appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee Frank Christian in Brown’s suit for ejectment. Having reviewed the record, we conclude that because Brown failed to show that he possessed satisfactory title to assert a claim for ejectment, the trial court properly granted summary judgment in Christian’s favor.
