This case arises as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on November 7, 1999, in which defendants Klinger, Farrow and Bogetti were injured. Klinger was driving a 1984 Chevrolet Caprice Classic he had recently purchased on October 1,1999, when he lost control of the vehicle striking a pole.
