Per Curiam.

{¶ 1} Appellee Corna/Kokosing Construction Company (“Corna/Kokosing”) and Columbus State Community College (“Columbus State”) entered into a contract under which Corna/Kokosing agreed to serve as the general contractor on a construction project to build a parking garage for Columbus State. On March 18, 1997, Corna/Kokosing entered into a subcontract with appellant, R.W. Sidley, Inc.
