Appellant Hesco, Inc. (“Hesco”) appeals from an order entered by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey denying attorneys’ fees and costs to Hesco following a jury verdict of “no cause” in an action brought against Hesco under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).
