Plaintiffs-appellants (“plaintiffs”) Todd and Kathy Snodgrass brought suit against defendant-appellee (“defendant”) Lanphere Enterprises, Inc. for breach of contract. The plaintiffs claim that Snodgrass was never given the job he was promised: general sales manager (GSM) of Lanphere’s Infiniti dealership.
