Transportation Seating, Inc. (“TSI”) appeals from the final judgment of noninfringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,113,325 (“the ’325 patent”) by American Seating Corporation (“American”) entered by the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan after the district court granted American’s motion for partial summary judgment of noninfringement and denied
