MEMORANDUM *

Tamara Zeltser, d/b/a Medallion Jewelry & Loan (“Zeltser”), appeals several rulings by the district court in her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against the City of Oakland (“City”). Zeltser alleges that the Oakland Police Department (“OPD”) violated her civil rights by seizing a diamond ring, a Rolex watch, and a television from her pawn shop.
