RUSSELL, District Judge.

The United States appeals the district court’s decision to exclude from evidence certain firearms found at the home of the Appellee. The United States claims that the district court incorrectly used an objective, rather than a subjective, standard when applying the test found in Franks v. Delaware, 438 U.S. 154, 98 S.Ct. 2674, 57 L.Ed.2d 667 (1978).
