PER CURIAM.

Petitioner seeks mandamus relief to compel a circuit court judge to rale on a motion he has pending in a civil action. Because petitioner has failed to show that he has noticed the matter for a hearing or otherwise brought the matter to the attention of the judge, we deny the petition. See Smartt v. First Union National Bank, 771 So.2d 1232 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000).
