Louretta Geneva Peoples, the wife, appeals from a judgment of the Calhoun Circuit Court divorcing her from Joseph Lee Peoples, the husband. The wife argues that the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to award her a portion of the husband’s military-retirement benefits and that it abused its discretion by denying her purported Rule 60, Ala. R. Civ. P., motion.
