PER CURIAM:

The issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in denying a defendant’s motion to transfer this case pursuant to a contract forum selection clause because of alleged inconvenience to the plaintiff and allegations that the plaintiff could not afford to litigate in the forum designated by the contract.
