SUMMARY ORDER

Defendant-Appellant Terrance Williams appeals from a judgment of conviction in the Western District of New York (John T. Elvin, Judge). Appellant was convicted after a jury trial of possessing with the intent to distribute five or more grams of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and possession of ammunition by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
