Plaintiff-Appellant Janet Minchella appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment based on qualified immunity in favor of Defendants-Appellees Corey Bauman and Michael Miles (“the Officers”), police officers in Beverly Hills, Michigan, on Minehella’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims.
