Plaintiff-Appellant Robert McLeod (“McLeod”) appeals the jury verdict in favor of the Defendants-Appellees Cross-Appellants Parsons Corporation. Parsons Engineering Science, Inc., and Parsons Infrastructure and Technology Group, (collectively “Parsons”) on his claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) 42 U.S.C. §§ 12102 et seq.
