Von Hamilton, who pleaded guilty to possession of 50 grams of cocaine base with intent to distribute, see 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), was sentenced as a career offender under U.S.S.G. § 4B1.1 based on a Wisconsin escape conviction.
