Before me is plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification in this Multi-District Litigation. Upon consideration of the Motion, the vari*81ous memoranda in support and in opposition, and after oral argument, I find that the three proposed classes meet the requirements for class certification under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23.
