I.

I respectfully dissent from the majority’s holding that Appellant failed to preserve his complaint to the magistrate’s conducting voir dire. As the majority concedes, Appellant made a timely objection to the magistrate’s conducting voir dire and asked that a district judge preside over voir dire.
