William Shelton, Jr. brought suit against Linda Walden alleging slander per se, damage to his personal reputation, damage to his business reputation, wounded feelings and embarrassment, punitive damages, and attorney fees for allegedly false statements Walden made before the city council of Temple, Georgia.
