Woodhaven Homes, Inc. (Woodhaven, Inc.) and Woodhaven Partners, Ltd.(Woo-dhaven Partners) (collectively Woodhaven) appeal the trial court’s order denying their motion to compel arbitration. In a single point of error, Woodhaven contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying its motion to compel arbitration.
