Appellant Andrew C. Maberry (“Mov-ant”) appeals from the motion court’s denial of his amended motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence and judgment brought pursuant to Rule 24.035.

Movant alleges his guilty plea was involuntary because of his counsel’s failure to file a motion to suppress. We affirm the motion court’s ruling.
