The Debtors, Wayne and Michelle Chambliss (“Debtors”), filed this Chapter 13 bankruptcy case on June 25, 2001. Oakwood Acceptance Corporation (“Oak-wood” or “Creditor”) was listed as a creditor. Under stay relief granted by this court, Oakwood repossessed the Debtors’ mobile home and notified them that it intended to sell the home.
