Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama November 24, 2004, CR-03-1087 (Dickey v. State)

The appellant, David Kelly Dickey, was convicted of one count of second-degree assault, a violation of § 13A-6-21(a)(4), Ala. Code 1975. He was also convicted of three misdemeanor traffic offenses arising out of the same incident: failure to obey a police officer, a violation of § 32-5A-4, Ala. Code 1975; reckless driving, a violation of § 32-5A-190, Ala.
