EVELYN V. KEYES, Justice.
Appellant, Jeffrey Edward Steinocher, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, the trial court deferred adjudication of guilt and placed appellant on five years’ probation.
