I. Introduction

Creditor Mandalay Resort Group (“Mandalay”) seeks a determination that the debt owing on three markers (which are the same as checks), issued by debtor Richard Miller to obtain gambling chips at the Mandalay Bay casino in Las Vegas, is not dischargeable.
