Duane Yates, the principal shareholder of debtor Patriot Company, appeals an

denying Yates’ motion to reconsider the court’s order denying his motion to vacate approval of a compromise of the estate’s claim against Siouxland National Bank (“SNB”) and the court’s order denying his request for a new trial.
