National Forge Company (“NFC”), National Forge Holdings, Inc. (“NFC Holdings”), and National Forge Components, Inc. (“NFC Components”) (collectively referred to as “Debtor”) filed voluntary Petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on March 6, 2002 (the “Filing Date”).
