This matter is before the Court on the Motion of the plaintiff, C. Taylor Pickett (“Pickett”), for Summary Judgment. Picket seeks a declaration from this Court that the defendant, Integrated Health Services (“IHS”), assigned to him its rights to a membership in the Caves Valley Country Club (“the Membership”).
