MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MORAN, Senior District Judge.
Plaintiff James Knight brought this action against Schneider National Carriers, Inc., Marjie Thompson (collectively defendants) and Schneider National Leasing, Inc., for injuries he suffered after an accident that occurred on January 13, 2001. Defendants and Schneider National Leasing have now moved for summary judgment.
