This is an action commenced pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 10 by Petitioner Huntington Hospital (the “Hospital”) to vacate, in part, an arbitration award. Respondent, the Huntington Hospital Nurses’ Association (the “Union”) cross-petitions the court to confirm the award.
