This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff Palmetto Builders and Designers, Inc. (“Palmetto Builders”) sought to enjoin Defendants Unireal, Inc. d/b/a UniReal Construction Co.
