MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOYNER, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is the post-trial motion of the Defendant City of Coatesville (“Defendant” or “the City”). Following a four-day trial, a jury found that Defendant had discriminated against Plaintiff Rita Shesko (“Plaintiff’ or “Shes-ko”) on the basis of her gender when it denied her a promotion, and awarded her $88,000.00 in damages.
