In a Decision and Order dated April 22, 2004, this Court, following a bench trial at which the Court found liability, awarded plaintiff Gucci, America, Inc. (“Gucci”), substantial monetary and injunctive relief from a counterfeit retailer, Duty Free Apparel, Inc.
