Plaintiff Sharon Quigley brings this action pursuant to Section 502 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132, to recover disability benefits allegedly payable to her as a beneficiary of a group long-term disability policy (“the plan”) administered by defendant UNUM Life Insurance Company of America (“UNUM”).
