I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Paul L. Litmer’s (“Litmer”) complaint alleges that the manufacture and sale of a product called “Mirror Mitts” by Defendant PDQUSA.com (“PDQ”) infringes on a patent held by Litmer, in

violation of 35 U.S.C. § 271.
