Albert Guglielmo, and Philip Levenson were convicted after trial of three charges: (1) conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, (2) mail fraud, and (3) money laundering. Justin Fauci entered a plea of guilty shortly before trial to the first two of these charges.
