INTRODUCTION

This cause is before the court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Facilitate Notice (29 U.S.C. § 216(b)) (Doc. # 35).

The Plaintiffs filed a Complaint in this court asserting violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), and seeking compensation and benefits.
