MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiff Nancy Hammond filed this lawsuit on behalf of herself and other similarly situated employees of defendant Lowe’s Home Centers, Inc., under section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), to recover unpaid overtime compensation, unpaid minimum wage compensation, liquidated damages, attorney fees, and costs.
