This case concerns a personal injury action brought by Respondents Virginia and Jack Bailey (Baileys) against Appellant Shalyn Sanford (Sanford) and Ralph Southwick (Southwick). Southwick, Sanford, and Virginia Bailey were involved in an auto accident in Twin Falls, Idaho, November 2, 1998.
