JOURNAL ENTRY and OPINION {¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Charles Maynor ("Maynor") appeals the jury verdict in favor of defendants-appellees James Ewings ("Ewings") and T.H. Blue. Finding no merit to this appeal, we affirm. {¶ 2} Ewings is a truck driver for T.H. Blue, a North Carolina corporation.
