{¶ 1} Plaintiff Cosmo L. Bordonaro appeals from the trial court’s denying his motion to vacate an arbitration award in favor of defendants, Louis Telerico and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith (“Merrill Lynch”).
