*441The above-named defendant was found guilty by a jury in the State of Colorado of committing the crime of aggravated incest, on December 16, 1998, and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of four years. Defendant duly registered under Colorado’s version of the Sex Offender Registration Act (SORA).
