HODGES, Judge.
Plaintiff Old Stone Corporation became a bank holding company in June 1974 pursuant to the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, 12 U.S.C. §§ 1841-1849. Old Stone Corporation was the sole shareholder of a commercial bank subsidiary, Old Stone Bank.
