{¶ 1} Respondent, Mark A. Conese of Hamilton, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0004637, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1983. On August 7, 2003, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, charged respondent in an amended complaint with six counts of professional misconduct.
