Shaheed Najeeullah Asad (“Asad”) appeals his convictions of one count of armed robbery and one count of theft and consecutive sentences of 10 years at hard labor for the theft charge and 50 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence for the armed robbery conviction.
