The defendant, David Henderson, was charged by bill of information with two counts of distribution of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967. Through a plea agreement, defendant entered a plea of guilty to one count of distribution of cocaine. The district court imposed a sentence of 30 years at hard labor and denied a timely motion for reconsideration of sentence.
