Defendant, Ouachita Fertilizer Company (“Ouachita”), has appealed from an adverse judgment rendered by the Workers’ Compensation Judge (“WCJ”) in favor of claimant, Chester Ausberry, awarding him supplemental earnings benefits (“SEB”), medical benefits, pharmacy and mileage costs, and penalties and attorney fees.
